We meet for morning services every Shabbat as well as major Jewish holidays. Most services are held in a classroom at Kehilath Israel 384 Harvard St, Brookline (getting there).
Our members organize and lead all aspects of the service. Our services are in Hebrew and follow the traditional order of the service, including Psukei D’Zimra, Shacharit, and Musaf, with a complete Torah and Haftarah reading and a d’var Torah. The siddur we use contains a complete translation of prayers and some transliterations.
Check our home page, as well the weekly announcements email, for specific details.
We meet every Shabbat at 9:30 am in a classroom in the chapel building of Kehilath Israel.
The Minyan also holds occasional Kabbalat Shabbat services on Friday evenings at a member home.
The Minyan holds morning services for major holidays: Rosh HaShanah, Yom Kippur, Sukkot, Pesach, and Shavuot; as well as evening services when appropriate: Purim, Shavuot, and Tisha B’Av. Holiday services are normally held at Weintraub Auditorium.
